Our Singapore office is located at Loyang Offshore Base, a key hub for offshore, subsea and marine operations in Southeast Asia.

With direct access to one of the region’s most important offshore supply and logistics areas, as well as strong sea, land and air connectivity, the location is well positioned to support efficient project mobilisation across Singapore, Southeast Asia and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

The Singapore team supports customers across offshore energy, subsea, survey and renewables, providing local expertise, technical capability and operational support for efficient project execution.

Our Singapore location provides a strong operational base for workshop services, equipment preparation, testing, storage, cable moulding and mobilisation.

With office, workshop, warehouse, laydown and logistics facilities, the site gives customers regional access to NOR’s equipment and technical support in a fast-moving and technically demanding market.

Cable moulding capability in Singapore

As part of NOR’s growing global service portfolio, our Singapore facility also offers in-house cable moulding capabilities.

This strengthens our ability to support customers locally with cable assemblies, repairs and project-specific requirements, while reducing lead times and improving control throughout the preparation and mobilisation process.

This gives customers access to dedicated cable moulding support as part of NOR’s wider APAC offering.
