Gustav Nesse

Gustav Einar Erlingsson Nesse (born 1991) is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of NOR Group, with responsibility for the group’s financial strategy, capital structure and financial management.

Nesse holds a degree in economics and business administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and has solid experience within finance, controlling and business management. He has a background from companies such as Veidekke, Wilhelmsen Group and BDO, where he has worked with financial analysis, auditing, strategic advisory and business development.

Throughout his career, he has built broad competence within financial management and decision support in both project based and international businesses. He has also worked with the development of management models, improvement initiatives as well as leadership of due diligence and transaction processes related to acquisitions and strategic establishments. This experience gives him a solid foundation for handling complex financial structures and supporting growth oriented businesses.

At NOR, Nesse has a central role in ensuring robust financial control and facilitating further growth, including work with financing, liquidity management and support for the company’s international expansion and acquisition strategy.

He is known for an analytical and structured approach, combined with strong business understanding and the ability to translate financial insights into strategic and operational decisions.

Through his work, Nesse contributes to strengthening NOR Group’s financial foundation and ensuring a scalable platform for further development and long term value creation.
