Tine Osmundsen (born 1985) is Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of NOR Group, with responsibility for the company’s HR strategy, organisational development and competence building across the group’s international operations. Osmundsen also has a broader area of responsibility within the company’s quality, strategy and improvement work.

Osmundsen has broad experience within HR, management and organisational development, and has worked at the intersection of people, operations and business in both industrial and knowledge based companies. She has previously been Assistant Port Director at Karmsund Havn, where she was part of the management team and contributed to the development of the organisation and operations in a complex and growth oriented business.

She also has experience from Steinsvik Group as HR Manager, with responsibility for the HR function in an international organisation undergoing strong growth. She worked with recruitment, structuring of HR processes and organisational implementation during a period marked by acquisitions, strong growth and significant organisational changes.

At NOR, Osmundsen has a central role in developing a scalable and robust organisation, with a focus on attracting, developing and retaining key competence. She works closely with the group management to ensure that the company’s strategy is supported by the right organisational structure, culture and leadership capacity.

In parallel, she holds several external board positions, and through this has built solid experience within corporate governance and strategic development work.

Osmundsen represents a business oriented and strategic HR profile, with the ability to combine operational execution with long term organisational development. Through her work, she contributes to strengthening NOR Group’s ability for further growth and international scaling.
