Tritech AnchorZip10

Description

The Tritech AnchorZip 10 is a heavy-duty ROV suction anchor pump developed using the Tritech ZipPump and ZipJet technologies. It is designed for work-class vehicles able to produce 25hp of hydraulic power, and has flow reversal for anchor recovery and a variable suction release valve preset.

The hydraulic motor input of the AnchorZip 10 is 276 bar (4000 psi) and 70 litres per minute (15 USgpm). The actuator operates between a minimum pressure of 70 bar (1000 psi) and a maximum pressure of 240 bar (3480 psi). Typical output is a differential pressure of up to 9.5 bar (140 psi) and a suction flow of up to 80 m³/h at 7.5 bar.

The Tritech AnchorZip 10 weighs 30 kg (66 lbs) in air and 14 kg (31 lbs) in water and is made from stainless steel, Nylacast and UHMWPE. Hydraulic fittings are No. 12 JIC male (motor A and B), No. 6 JIC male (motor case drain) and No. 4 JIC male (actuator connection). The anchor port connection is a square flange with a 72 mm port, and the minimum hose diameter is 72 mm (2.8”).
