Versatile Super Grinder

Description

The Versatile Super Grinder is a grinder designed for cutting concrete and steel materials with a 300 mm diamond blade. It is powered by a bent axis variable displacement motor, can run in both directions and is ready for installation to an ROV, with a fishtail manipulator handle.

The Versatile Super Grinder delivers 15.8 kW with 50 l/min and runs at 2700 rpm at 210 bar and 50 l/min. It operates over a flow range of 5–50 l/min and a pressure range of 70–210 bar. The blade interface is 1” / 25.4 mm.

The Versatile Super Grinder weighs 19 kg in air. It has a 3500 mm hose with JIC 8 male hose connections and is supplied with diamond cutting blades, all together in an aluminium case.
