10Te ROV Chain Hoist

Description

The 10Te ROV Chain Hoist is a hydraulic chain block for ROV operation that lifts up to 10 tons when supplied with 210 bar hydraulic pressure through a hot stab connection. The hydraulic motor is driven through a dual port hot stab type A, and the hoist can be pre-set to the starting point required in the rigging drawings.

The 10Te ROV chain hoist has a block capacity of 10 te, 3 falls and a 12 m load chain with a chain diameter of 10 mm / 0.39 in. The standard height of lift is 3 m / 9.8 ft, the chain block effort is 40 kg and the ROV block maximum torque is 50 Nm / 36 ft lbs.

The framework and handle are made of stainless steel 316. The hoist has a subsea brake system and a hand wheel for on-deck adjustment of the height of lift. According to the datasheet, each unit is tested and certified before delivery.
