4-Station Proportional IVP

Description

The 4-Station Proportional IVP is a four-station hydraulic valve pack that can be integrated into a skid or backpack. Touchscreen software operates all valves of the 4-Station Proportional IVP proportionally with pressure and flow control, and can log and export data for monitoring pressure and flow on external tooling.

The 4-Station Proportional IVP has a maximum pressure of 207 bar and a flow rate of 35 lpm. It is set up with 4 external sensors, described as monitoring the compensator, pressure and flow rate. According to the hydraulic schematic, stations 1 and 2 are NG6 with a nominal flow rate of 32 L/min each, station 3 is NG4-mini with 12 L/min and station 4 is NG3-mini with 5 L/min.

Hydraulic connections on the 4-Station Proportional IVP are JIC 8 for pressure and return, JIC 4 for the compensator, JIC 6 for ports 1 & 2 A&B and JIC 4 for the ports listed as 2,3 A&B. The unit measures 342 × 146 × 250 mm and weighs 20 kg. According to the wiring diagram, the electrical connector (Conn 1, Burton plug) carries +24V, 0V, RS232 and an Eth connection to the manifold.
