4 Station Valve Pack

Description

The ROVQuip 4-Station Valve Pack is a subsea hydraulic valve pack customised for NOR, with four valves that can be operated individually. It is rated to 3000 m and can be set up in backpacks, skids and DWP solutions.

The ROVQuip 4-station valve pack uses Wandfluh NG3 valves and pressure tolerant electronics with serial control, software diagnostics, compensator monitoring and a pressure sensor. It has 8 digital inputs and 16 analogue inputs and is operated through a custom GUI with touchscreen control. The hydraulic drawing states a maximum pressure of 250 bar and a maximum flow of 15 L/min.

The valve pack has 2 manual pressure reducing valves, an externally adjustable stainless steel flow control valve, an externally adjustable pressure line relief valve and removable PO check valves on the stations. Phoenix connectors on top of the valves allow the valves to be removed without disturbing the harness, including when changing from on/off valves to proportional valves. Hydraulic ports are BSPP: COMP ¼", 1A–3B ⅜", P ⅜", 4A–4B ½" and T ½".

Full certification for the ROVQuip 4-Station Valve Pack covers pressure testing, flushing testing, electrical testing and earth leakage testing.
