5-Station Valve Pack

Description

The NOR 5-Station Valve Pack RQ-068-011-01 is a hydraulic valve pack with five valve stations that can be integrated into a skid or backpack. Touchscreen software operates all valves proportionally with pressure and flow control, and it can log and export data for monitoring pressure and flow on external tooling.

The NOR 5-Station Valve Pack accepts a maximum input pressure of 3,000 psi (207 bar) and an input flow of 100 LPM, and delivers an output pressure of 0–3000 psi (207 bar) and an output flow of 0–100 LPM. It has three external sensor inputs: one compensator, one pressure sensor and one flow rate sensor. According to the hydraulic schematic, station 1 uses an NG10 valve and stations 2–5 use NG6 valves.

All hydraulic connections are JIC fittings rated 3K PSI: pressure 12 JIC, return 8 JIC, compensation 4 JIC, station 1 A&B 12 JIC, stations 2 and 3 A&B 6 JIC, and stations 4 and 5 A&B 4 JIC. The electrical connection is a Burton plug (Conn 1) with +24 V, 0 V, RS232 and Eth pins according to the pinout drawing. The valve pack measures 400 × 380 × 310 mm (L × W × H) and weighs 45.1 kg in air.
