8 station

Description

The 8 station is a subsea valve pack with up to eight 4/3-way NG4 control valves, available with any combination of solenoid and proportional valves. Design pressure is 250 bar and nominal valve flow is 30 lpm, with pressure transmitters on the P and T ports and temperature measurement on the T port.

The valves are controlled by an Innova PIO36 pressure tolerant controller board over Ethernet, RS232 or RS485. The pack can be run from the Innova Topside GUI software or integrated into an existing control system using MODBUS over serial or Ethernet. A transparent lid and LED indicators on all functions show valve operation during testing and diagnostics.

The housing is hard anodized aluminium with a polycarbonate lid and external compensation. It measures 400 × 245 × 156 mm excluding connectors and weighs 30 kg in air and 18 kg in water. Power and communication run through one Glenair SuperG55 connector, and four MCBH connectors are available for external equipment.
