ARM 5E

Description

The ARM 5E is an oil-filled electric manipulator arm with a depth rating up to 6000 m. The datasheet lists underwater intervention, underwater manipulation, object retrieval, nuclear environment operations and EOD as applications.

The ARM 5E has a reach of 1000 mm and lifts 25 kg at full reach at 24–30 Vdc, 4 Amps per function. Slew is 120° with LH or RH mounting, elevation is 90° and elbow bend is 130°.

The ARM 5E manipulator has a modular construction for maintenance and repair on deck.
