Description
The Guidepost/Extension Subsea Basket is a lifting and transport basket used for lifting guideposts to seabed and installing them on subsea assets. It is certified to DNGL-ST-E273 and has forklift pockets and a padeye suitable for a 17te Green Pin shackle. The basket holds M4-L extension and top releasable guide post, and the center pole basket can be re-modified to a multipurpose basket with or without hatches.
The basket is a 7 tonne model made of steel with Norsok System 7. Inner dimensions are 1950 × 1950 × 990 mm (L × W × H), and outer dimensions are 2488 × 2256 × 1290 (3145*) mm (L × W × H). The weight is 1536 kg in air and 1288 kg in water, the payload is 7600 kg and the MGW is 8300 kg.
