Imenco ROV Shackle

Description

The Imenco ROV Shackle is a semi-automatic, ROV-operated shackle with a positive double locking system. Lock and unlock positions are marked L and U on the front cover plate, and the locking plate can be fitted with a monkey fist or similar for the ROV to pull on.

The shackle body and most other parts are made of high tensile stainless steel S165M, and the pin is forged high tensile 34CrNi steel. Dimensions match a standard D-type shackle of the same capacity, including pin size and opening width. All shackles are CE marked and supplied with an aluminium storage case and a full set of documentation.

The range covers working load limits from 6.5 Te to 150 Te, with dry weights from 9 kg to 404 kg.
