ISP360 Profiling Sonar
360° Scanning Profiling Sonar
Description
The ISP360 Profiling Sonar is a subsea profiling sonar with a broadband composite transducer and the IS³ Impact Subsea Signalling Scheme. The ISP360 provides a full 360° field of view, or a narrower sector defined by the user, and supports both imaging and profiling modes of operation.
The ISP360 Profiling Sonar has a range of 80 m and a frequency bandwidth of 650 kHz to 1.25 MHz, with 0.35 mm (minimum) timing accuracy. It has no slip rings. Integrated pitch and roll with ±0.2° accuracy is available (optional).
The ISP360 is rated to 4,000 m and weighs 0.88 kg in air and 0.31 kg in fresh water. It operates from −10 to +40 °C and can be stored from −20 to +60 °C. The housing diameter is Ø80 mm and the body length is 157.50 mm plus 35.50 mm to the connector end.
The ISP360 Profiling Sonar runs on 12–65 V DC (380 mA @ 24 V DC) and communicates over RS232, RS485 and Ethernet at 9600–115,200 baud.
