NOR Concrete Mattress Installation frame

Description

The NOR Concrete Mattress Installation frame is a frame for installing concrete mattresses on the seabed. It is designed to be used by divers, by ROV, or from a vessel with applicable sensors. With ROV and diver the frame is operated manually, with double safety locks, and it can also install mattresses with hydraulic supply from a vessel HPU.

The NOR Concrete Mattress Installation frame is set up to carry two mattresses at one go, with separate lever arms for installing them. It has forklift pockets and ROV grabber bars, and it is certified according to DNV GL ST E2.7-3 R60.

The NOR Concrete Mattress Installation frame measures 6340 × 2500 × 640 mm and weighs 2800 kg in air and approximately 2430 kg in water (frame only). The maximum gross weight is 24 000 kg.
