Overboarding Chute

Description

The Overboarding Chute guides hose over the side, with rollers in the horizontal plate and a 1,200 mm radius. It has a drip tray for an emergency connector, with a ball valve and a connection flange for a 1-inch hose.

The chute is made of S355 steel (355 MPa material strength) and has a working load limit of 10 te. The datasheet gives a break load of 22.9 te and a safety factor of 2.29 at 10 te WLL, based on material strength over working load stress. The hose width is 650 mm, and the chute measures 4,505 mm in overall length and 1,932 mm in width.
