REN Large Diameter ROV Dredge Manipulator

Description

The REN Large Diameter ROV Dredge Manipulator is a 5 function ROV manipulator arm for handling large subsea hoses and pipes. It can also be used for grabbing assets and debris found in ROV operations. The manipulator handles hoses from 6" to 16" diameter and is plug and play for a wide range of WROVs.

The manipulator is made of aluminium 6082-T6 and weighs 118 kg in air and 92 kg in water. The standard depth rating is 4000 m. The working pressure is given as 160–250 bar under key features and as 180–250 bar under specifications. Hydraulic connection is by 10 off hydraulic hoses with JIC 6 fittings, and the functions are tilt, rotation, swing and grip.
