Description

The RenOcean REN ROV Dredger 6 inch is a hydraulically driven ROV dredger supplied as a one box dredging package, ready to be mounted on the ROV. The RenOcean ROV Dredger series requires low hydraulic flow and pressure, so the dredger can be used on a range of vehicle sizes.

The REN ROV Dredger 6 inch has a flow rate of 550 m³/h (8 500 lpm), a removal capacity of 50 mt/h and a theoretical maximum rock size of 140 mm. It requires 50–60 lpm @ 200 bar of hydraulic supply. The dredger weighs approx. 75 kg in air and approx. 63 kg in water.

The datasheet lists 3 × ½" certified hydraulic hoses, 3 m long with 08 JIC female swivel, a 3.5 m suction hose with Camlock for mounting on the dredger, and a 0.7 m long suction head with fishtail or D-handle, 45° or straight. Total shipping weight is approx. 200 kg. Options are a hot stab, back flush, a shipping container or integrated pallet (size from 1200 × 800 × 800 mm, l × w × h), a discharge extension from 0.9 m to 5 m, and additional spare parts and custom parts on request.
