Station High Flow Valve Pack

Description

The 3-Station High Flow Valve Pack is a hydraulic valve pack for integration on a skid or backpack. The 3-Station High Flow Valve Pack has one proportional high flow valve and two valves with directional control, all operated from touchscreen software.

The valve pack has a maximum input and output pressure of 207 bar and a flow of 0–165 lpm. The hydraulic schematic shows 160 L/min on station 1, 15 L/min on stations 2 and 3, a relief valve set to 250 bar and a VRV set to 15 PSI. Pressure and tank ports are JIC 16, outlet ports 1 A and B are JIC 12, and outlet ports 2 A and B and 3 A and B are JIC 4.

The software logs and exports data for monitoring pressure and flow on external tooling. The valve pack is set up with external sensors to monitor the compensator, pressure and flow rate. The 3-Station High Flow Valve Pack measures 400 mm (L) × 380 mm (W) × 310 mm (H) and weighs 45.1 kg in air; the electrical connector (Conn 1) carries +24 V, 0 V and RS232.
