Station Proportional PVG 32 Valve Pack

Description

The Station Proportional PVG 32 Valve Pack is a modular hydraulic valve pack for subsea use with full proportional control on all outputs. The module-based design can be customised to give control of the output parameters. The PVG 32 Valve Pack can be fitted into backpack or skid solutions.

The PVG 32 Valve Pack is rated to a maximum pressure of 350 bar. Each spool has proportional flow control, with spool flow ranges from 0–5 L/min (lowest) up to 0–130 L/min (highest); intermediate sizes of 10, 25, 65 and 100 L/min are listed. The basic modules are pressure-compensated and have shock/anti-cavitation valves with fixed settings. Each basic module can be fitted with an LS pressure limiting valve (LS AB) (optional), mechanically adjusted or proportional, controlling pressure individually on the A and B ports.

The PVG 32 Valve Pack is made of aluminium and steel, measures 350 × 235 × 550 mm (L × W × H) and weighs 50 kg in air. Communication is via RS232, the electrical connection is listed as 5501-2008 and the external sensor as MCBH8M. Hydraulic connections are ¾ BSP on the A and B ports and 1" BSP on pressure and tank.
