Description
The Webtool RCV75HD Wire Rope Cutter is a heavy duty wire rope cutter designed for use in severe working conditions. It is suitable for cutting wire rope, cables and umbilicals, and has a hydraulically operated anvil for ROV deployment.
The cutting capacity of the Webtool RCV75HD is max Ø75 mm wire rope of 1960 N/mm² grade. The capability table lists 38 mm, 45 mm, 51 mm and 64 mm wire rope of 2160 N/mm² grade and 76 mm wire rope of 1960 N/mm² grade. Input pressure is max 210 bar.
The RCV75HD has an aluminium construction, measures W 390 mm × H 517 mm and weighs 43 kg in air. A hydraulic intensifier and internal relief valve are integrated in the cutter, and an integrated interlock ensures that the blade cannot activate until the anvil is fully deployed.
