Description
The Wire Brush Cleaning Tool is a hydraulic ROV tool with a wire brush head rotated by a hydraulic motor. It is designed to be as small as possible, so the ROV operator has a clear view of the brush and can avoid brushing fragile parts near the area being cleaned. It removes paint, rust and marine growth.
The tool has a flexible fishtail ROV handle, can be fitted with a wide range of brushes and requires low maintenance. It runs at up to 140 bar and 20 l/min on Tellus 22 or similar hydraulic fluid, with reversible rotation up to 630 rpm/min. It measures 450 × 250 × 110 mm and weighs 7.4 kg in air.
