High Flow DWP 0-200lpm

Description

The High Flow DWP 0-200lpm is a 200 L/min Dirty Work Pack (RQ-193) that protects the hydraulic circuit of the ROV against external contamination during fluid transfer operations. A hydraulic motor powered by the ROV hydraulic circuit drives a pump that supplies the delivery fluid from an external compensated reservoir. This isolates the ROV hydraulic circuit from the delivery fluid circuit and prevents ingress of contaminants from external equipment or seawater into the ROV circuit.

The input of the hydraulic motor is controlled by a flow control valve and a pilot operated check valve, and the motor drives the delivery fluid pump via a driveshaft. The delivery fluid is stored in a spring compensated reservoir. Max input pressure is 275 bar (4000 PSI) at an input flow of 70 to 180 L/min, and max output pressure is 210 bar (3000 PSI) at an output flow of 50 to 200 L/min. The product description states that delivery fluid is supplied at a working pressure of 3000 psi at a flow rate of up to 180 L/min.

Connections are 16 JIC pressure, 12 JIC return, 12 JIC output and a 2" hose for suction. The High Flow DWP measures L820 × W555 × H420 mm and weighs 120 kg in air. Suitable media is stated as hydraulic oil.
