Back Seal Test Panel

ROV Back Seal Test Panel

Description

The Back Seal Test Panel is a panel for back seal testing that consists of an ROV operated isolation valve, a pressure gauge and a mini booster. The Back Seal Test Panel is used to monitor the pressure during a typical back seal test. The panel can be mounted on the manipulators, the belly basket or any other place where the Schilling T4 has access to it.

The Back Seal Test Panel has a maximum output pressure of 700 bar, a maximum flow of 10 LPM and an input pressure regulator. It is depth rated to 1000 MSW (other ratings available). The panel measures 400 × 220 × 220 mm and weighs 15 kg.

An ISD4000 pressure sensor (optional) allows the pressure to be logged with pressure feedback through software (optional logging software). Hydraulic connections on the Back Seal Test Panel are JIC 4 for ROV pressure and JIC 4 for return.
