Class 4-7 Gearbox Adaptor Set

Description

The Gearbox Adaptor Class 4 to Class 6/7 is a torque tool gearbox adaptor with a class 6/7 output interface and a receptacle for a class 4 torque tool. According to the datasheet, the Gearbox Adaptor enables 35,000 Nm to be achieved while control is maintained by the class 4 torque tool.

The input of the Class 4 to Class 6/7 Gearbox Adaptor is an API 17D class 4 rotary torque receptacle. Output is 2,700 Nm maximum with a 1.5" male square drive and 35,000 Nm with female square adaptors. The ratio is 12.2:1 mechanical advantage / 14.1:1 velocity ratio, and the depth rating is 3,000 m with integral pressure compensation.

The Gearbox Adaptor has compact dimensions of 562.2 × 400 mm and extended dimensions of 770 × 400 mm. The class 7 standard version weighs 76 kg in air and 54 kg in water, and the class 7 short version weighs 60 kg in air and 54 kg in water.
