ROV Torque Tool for Retrofit Anode Clamps
Description
The Retrofit Anode Torque Tool (verification unit interface) is a hydraulic ROV torque tool made for installation of retrofit anode clamps. With its automatic hold function, Imenco retrofit clamps can be picked up, carried and installed by the Retrofit Anode Torque Tool in one continuous operation.
The Retrofit Anode Torque Tool has integrated reaction fingers, so no torque tension is transferred to the ROV manipulator. Torque is variable from 100 Nm, and the maximum torque is 2000 Nm at 200 bar. The operating hydraulic pressure is 0–200 bar.
The tool is fitted with an ROV fish tail handle as standard. The Retrofit Anode Torque Tool measures Ø182 mm × 533 mm excluding the ROV handle and weighs 35 kg in air and 20 kg in water.
