Subsea Pressure Sensor
Subsea Pressure Transmitter
Description
The Subsea Pressure Sensor is the ESPS 3000, a compact subsea pressure transmitter with stainless steel wetted parts, submersible to 3000 m seawater. It measures pressure relative to atmosphere and has a 4–20 mA or RS232/CAN-Bus output.
The ESPS 3000 has an accuracy of ±0.5 % FS including nonlinearity, hysteresis and repeatability, with thermal zero point shift and thermal span shift of <±0.15 % FS/10 K. The datasheet lists nominal pressure ranges of 250, 400, 600, 1000, 1600 and 2200 bar, and the order code also includes 0–100 bar. Media temperature range is −40 to +125 °C, and ambient and compensated temperature range is −15 to +70 °C.
Supply voltage is 8 to 30 VDC and the connector type is G5507-1508. Vibration stability is 20 g, 10–2000 Hz (sinus) to EN 60068-2-6, shock resistance is 100 g to EN 60068-2-27, and electrical performance complies with ISO 7637. The order code offers pressure connection G 1/4" BSP FM (GB04) or 1/4" MP FM (AC04).
