Description
The Syclone 1 Torque Tool is a lightweight, ROV-operated subsea torque tool. The Syclone 1 is a continuously rotating torque tool that rotates in both directions, and the torque is fully adjustable.
The Syclone 1 Torque Tool has a 3/4” square drive and a torque range of 150–480 Nm over a work pressure range of 20–100 bar. Maximum flow is 20 l/min, and the maximum speed is 42 rpm at 20 l/min.
The Syclone 1 uses a standard reaction arm or a custom-made reaction arm. The tool weighs 3.3 kg and its dimensions are 70.4 mm × 212 mm.
