Description
The Torque Tool for Retrofit Anode Installation is an ROV torque tool designed for installation of Imenco Retrofit Anode Clamps. With its automatic hold function, the Torque Tool can pick up, carry and install an Imenco Retrofit Clamp in one continuous operation. Integrated reaction fingers mean that no torque tension is transferred to the ROV manipulator.
The Torque Tool for Retrofit Anode Installation delivers 100–2000 Nm torque at an operating pressure of 0–200 bar, with a maximum pressure of 210 bar. Hydraulic connections are 4 JIC. The tool measures Ø182 mm × 533 mm excluding the ROV handle and weighs 35 kg in air and 30 kg in water.
The Torque Tool for Retrofit Anode Installation has a fish tail handle and comes with the required hoses, a manual and a test certificate.
